Refund Policy

Postomate is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time. We don't offer refunds on payments already made, but cancelling is easy and you keep what you paid for until the end of your billing period.

No refunds

Every payment gives you a month of Postomate and a fresh allowance of credits, which pay for real AI work as soon as they’re used. Because of that, payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months and unused credits.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Settings in your dashboard, in a couple of clicks.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
You won’t be charged again after you cancel.
When the period ends, your posting schedules pause and nothing else is published.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged in error, email us at postomate05@gmail.comwithin 30 days and we’ll make it right. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under applicable law.

Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and will appear on your statement under their name. See our Terms of Service for the full terms of your subscription.
