Terms of Service

1. What Postomate does

Postomate reads your digital product (from its web page or a file you upload), writes social media posts, carousels and video scripts about it, and publishes them to the social accounts you connect, on the schedule you choose.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Postomate.
• You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, and the information you give us must be accurate.

3. Plans, billing and credits

• Postomate is a paid monthly subscription. There is no free plan. Prices are shown on our website before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, used by the AI that writes your posts and designs your carousels. Credits refill at the start of each billing cycle and don’t roll over. Unused credits have no cash value.
• If we change our prices, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing cycle.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Payments are not refunded; see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Your product and your content

• You keep ownership of your product, the material you give us, and the posts we create for you.
• You give us permission to use that material only to run Postomate for you: to read it, generate content from it, store it and publish it to your connected accounts.
• You confirm you have the right to promote the product and to share any material you give us.

6. Connected social accounts

• When you connect an account, you let Postomate publish to it on your behalf, at the times and in the mode (review or autopilot) you choose.
• You’re responsible for what is published to your accounts, including posts sent on autopilot, and for following each platform’s own rules.
• Social platforms can change their rules, limit reach or suspend accounts at any time. We aren’t responsible for their decisions.
• You can disconnect an account at any time.

7. AI-generated content and results

• Posts are written by AI. They can contain mistakes, so review them (or use review mode) before they go out.
• We don’t guarantee any number of followers, clicks or sales. Revenue figures and scenarios shown on our website are illustrations, not promises or typical results. What you earn depends on your product, your audience and posting consistently over time.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use Postomate to:

• promote anything illegal, harmful, hateful or deceptive;
• make false claims, spam, or impersonate anyone;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
• break a social platform’s rules, or try to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer Postomate.

We may pause or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

9. The service

We work hard to keep Postomate running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. Postomate relies on third-party services (such as social platforms, AI providers and payment processing), and interruptions on their side can affect ours.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Postomate and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Postomate is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or damage to your accounts or reputation. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Postomate after that means you accept the new terms. Contact us at postomate05@gmail.com.
